This is how I plan on eating durng the next semester. I'll be working out in the AM. I'm currently 207 and 11% (according to my callipers
). My goal is to maintain lean mass and maybe get to 9% by the end of may. Any advice on tweaking or supplements you personally are fond of would be great.
