Hows my maintenence diet look

This is how I plan on eating durng the next semester. I'll be working out in the AM. I'm currently 207 and 11% (according to my callipers;) ). My goal is to maintain lean mass and maybe get to 9% by the end of may. Any advice on tweaking or supplements you personally are fond of would be great.

Here goes:

POST WORKOUT

Sweet Tea***********************35******0*****0
-200mg r-ALA and E/C/A

MEAL 4
2 scoops optimum whey**************5*****44*****3
-3g flax caps

MEAL 5
2 grilled chicken breasts**************0*****54*****6
Veggies**************************10******0*****0
-100mg r-ALA

MEAL 6
1 scoop optimum whey***************3*****22*****2
-100mg r-ALA and 3g flax caps

DROP the milk...and it's not high protein, it has the same amount of protein as the milk I see at the store...sorry

POST WORKOUT
3 scoops cytogainer****************63*****40*****3
that's a no-no protein, especially when you're trying to drop bodyfat, replace w/ low carb protein and add 1 tbsp. MCT or flaxseed oil

MEAL 3
Chicken Sandwhich*****************38*****28****16

DROP the TEA

MEAL 4
2 scoops optimum whey**************5*****44*****3
-3g flax caps
add 1 tbsp. flax not 3 caps, 3 caps are 3/14th of a tbsp.

MEAL 5
2 grilled chicken breasts**************0*****54*****6
Veggies**************************10******0*****0
-100mg r-ALA

MEAL 6
1 scoop optimum whey***************3*****22*****2
-100mg r-ALA and 3g flax caps
add 15g fiber = psyllium husk
