How's my diet look? This is what I eat during the work week:
meal 1: 4 eggs, 2 pieces toast, protein shake (ps).
meal 2: chicken noodle soup/beef pea soup, fruit/veggie, ps
meal 3: chicken/lean beef (meat loaf or patty) with bread, fruit/veggie, ps.
meal 4: Turkey sandwich (wheat w/ swiss), ps
meal 5: Dinner, usually varies.
meal 6: oats and tuna
meal 7: ps
what do you think i could improve? I'd like to gain as much weight as possible, am I not eating enough fat??
