Toothpaste works well but I think it tarnishes quicker. The silver polishing cloths work well, you can pick one up cheap at the silver stands in the mall.

I used to use some spray foam called Jeweler's Secret. Worked real well, but kinda burns on your hands.

I think I kinda grew out of wearing shiny necklaces and bracelets after high school though lol...
