you could try highlighting the entire spread sheet and copying it and then pasting it, but i doubt it will line up, or do a copy print screen and paste it as a jpeg, or you could just add a link to the spreadsheet file for download.

you have to put it on a website, which can be hosted for free, try yahoo or some other free hosting company
