How would I take a dbol/deca/anavar stack?????

Need info Please reply,

How many weeks should I do each and how much dosage. I have ttokoyo 10mg dbol, ttokoyo 5mg anavars and ttokoyo 300mg Deca, I also have some nolvadex, arimidex and clomid on hand and need info on the dosage of that I should take with the above three.

I am looking to put on solid muscle and at the end cut up. If I maintain a great diet on the three by keeping my carbs at 30grams or less a day and consuming 187 grams of protein a day and doing a lot of cardio while lifting, what do you think my results will be. I am 5'10-5"11 about 187Ibs.

Also how long after you do a brigded cycle should I do this cycle. I just finished up a deca300mg cycle brigded with winny and posted with clomid?

dont bridge with winny...you can but i would not..and take d-bol at 30-40mgs for 4-6 weeks then hit anavar for 5-8 weeks at 40-60mgs or more...and take creatine with anavar....and for the deca take 300-450mgs.....add some test in there if you can or some prov at 50mgs for the sex drive..if you cant add test add in some if you want to have a sex drive 200mgs of test will help you..adding some test in the cycle at 400-600mgs would be great you will get better gainz...but you dont have to.
 
Try this on for size:

Deca............400mg/Wk..........1-10
D-bol............30mg/ED............1-4
Anavar.........40mg/ED.............7-12
Clomid....................................13-15
Arimidex-----.25mg/ED............1-15

carbs at 30 grams or less a day???!! thats NOT good,your gains will be MUUUUCH better if you chase balance.that seems like it is scaled back a bit much bro. you'd have to really drive yourself to get a good work with so little energy.adjust your diet till it feels right or your strength and endurance will suffer.

are you prepping for comp? man thats a freakin harsh ass diet scheme.phew.

Oh my god, that's insane!!! You won't gain SHIT! Keep protein at 1.5g per lb of bodyweight. Actually deca works better with even higher protein intake, So 1.75g per lb of bodyweight. In your case that's 330g of protein. If you eat only 30g of carbs, a lot of the protein you eat will be used for energy, don't beleive the bullshit about ketones being the only source for energy. Keep fat at 0.25g-0.35g per lb of bodyweight, 55g of fat a day is sufficient. Start with your carb intake at 350g.
 
This is what I would do:

W1-W4 Dbol at 30mg
W1-W10 Deca at 300mg a week
W7-W12 Anavar 30-40mg ED
W13-W14: Clen
W14-W16: Clomid

(same protein/Fat intake throughout the cycle)

W1-W4: 3750 cals Light cardio (2-3 times a week)
W5: 3400 cals Cardio 3 times a week.
W6: 3100 cals
W7: 2900 cals Cardio 3-4 times a week when you start anavar
W8: 2700 cals
W9: 2600 cals
W10: 2600 cal
W11: 2500 cal
W12: 2500 cals.
W13-W14: 2700-2900 cals
