In the back, Stacy makes her way to Hogan's room, telling him that Vince wants to see him right now. Hogan, being a man, asks to follow Stacy. Fade Out.

In the back, Kidman views a tape of Stasiak's horrendous promo. Helms flies in and they both thank God that they're on SmackDown and not on Raw. Kidman says something is missing, but Helms attempts to cheer him up. Kidman says that no one knows who he is, nor care about his match against Tajiri. Helms tells him that the crowd will pop for anything Texas related.

In the back, Hogan and Stacy enter Vince's room. Vince looks over the red and yellow. Stacy complements Hogan's pythons. Vince asks if Hogan believes in deja vu. He feels like he's experienced this same groundswell of Hogan support before. As he recalls, nothing could stop that momentum. That was just before the berth of Hulkamania, just before he first became WWF Champion.

Now Vince can't help but wonder if it's happening all over again. Is it possible that this Sunday will be the rebirth of Hulkamania? That Hogan will once again lead the WWF into a new era of prosperity? This Sunday, Hogan will go face to face with destiny. What is Hogan gonna do this Sunday at Backlash when reality comes down on him? Fade Out.

After the match, Tajiri hits Kidman with the Kick of Death as well and then yells at Torrie all the way up the ring. Fade Out.

Mark Henry Segment

Mark Henry comes out onthe stage. He is asked what feat of strength he will perform tonight. He points towards a Ford Taurus and claims that he will lift it off the ground. He is here to prove that he is the World's Strongest Man. As Henry gets to the car, he sees it surrounded by wrestlers.

Test claims the car doesn't even have an engine, but Faarooq proves otherwise. Test says he can probably do it himself. He tries and fails, claiming that he just worked out. He has a hundred dollars that says Henry can't lift the car. Many of the wrestlers take the bet. Henry places a towel over his neck and puts his neck under the passenger side roof hangover. He locks his arms around the A and B pillars and lifts, getting the passenger side off the ground and actually rolling backwards. As Henry celebrates, Faarooq wants Test to pay up, but instead Test slams the door into Faarooq, prompting the other wrestlers to pull them apart. Fade Out.

Hollywood Hulk Hogan Interview

Hendrix wails and the red and yellow flashes, as Hulk Hogan makes his way to the ring. There's no doubt, Hulkamania is still running wild. He's heard the word "reality" used a lot lately. Is it reality that he'll beat Triple H this Sunday? That he'll pull off what no one thinks he can do? Well the Hulkster is going to reach down inside and become WWF Champion once again. Like Vince always says: perception is reality.

He never thought he'd be back in the WWF, let alone with 67,000 Hulkamaniacs cheering for him at WrestleMania. This Sunday, he's got a shot at the WWF Title. He used to take the Championship for granted, but now that he's been away for so many years, he realizes what it really means and how precious it is. This may be his one shot to complete his journey. With all that said, this is reality. He believes in his heart that he can do this. All the Hulkamaniacs believe he can do it. And Triple H had better believe it can do it, because at Backlash, he's going to have the 24-inch pythons running wild on him. Whatcha 3.00 gonna do, bro2.00ther, when Hul1.00kamania--

The Y2J Countdown hits 0.00 and out comes the Ayatollah. He tells Hogan to shut his mouth. Reality? The reality is that Hogan is a farce, a joke. No matter what people say, Jericho is not the has-been around here; Hogan is. Hogan doesn't want Hulkamania to end? Hulkamania died around the same time the rubix cube went out of style.

The fact that a has-been like Hogan gets a Title shot, while a Living Legend like Jericho doesn't even have a match is unfair. What has Hogan ever accomplished in the WWF? So he sold a couple t-shirts. So he had his own cartoon. Big freaking deal! Jericho was the first Undisputed Champion in history! He was the Undisputed Champion until Triple H stole it from him at WrestleMania. For that, Jericho despises Triple H.

But he'll still enjoy watching Triple H destroy Hogan, because at least Trips got the belt by defeating the best in the business. Since Hogan's been back, he's had one singles match, and he blew it. Hogan lost at WrestleMania, and yet he gets an Undisputed Title shot? He still has the fans following him and chanting his name? That's garbage. Hogan tells Jericho to shut up. If Jericho has something to say, why doesn't he come down to the ring and say it to his face. Jericho looks around, takes off his shirt, and makes his way down the ramp. Jericho gets in the ring and stares Hogan down. He starts to speak, but Hogan clocks him across the face. Hogan beats Jericho into the corner, when Angle comes down to make it two-on-one. Edge runs down, and he and Hogan clear Angle and Jericho from the ring. Fade Out.

In the back, Vince chews Edge out for even being here, after he was supposed to be injured. First he demands an explanation, but then tells Edge to leave the building. Edge gets right in Vince's face and says he sees fear in the Billion Dollar Daddy's eyes, fear of what Edge will do to Vince's lapdog Angle. Edge leaves the building and Vince requests Triple H's presence.

Test vs. Faarooq

Test takes Faarooq to the corner, punching away. Faarooq hits a back elbow and clotheslines Test down. He goes second rope and punches away on Test, but Test walks forward, dropping Faarooq onto the turnbuckle. Clothelsine by Test, then another. Test smashes Faarooq down, but Faarooq gets his knees up as Test comes down on them. Faarooq with a clothesline, then another, then a powerslam 1-2-shoulder up. Back elbow by Test. He pins, using the ropes, but Teddy doesn't even bother to count.

Faarooq looks for the spinebuster, but Test punches him down. Test misses the big boot and Faarooq clothesliens him down 1-2-kickout. Test looks for the Pump Handle Slam, but Faarooq floats over and rolls Test up, using the ropes for leverage 1-2-3! As Teddy raises Faarooq's arm, Test gives him the Big Boot.

In the back, Stacy finds Triple H reading WWF Magazine. Trips tells her she can't just stare at him all the time. He takes his shirt off and Stacy gets sidetracked looking at his body. Trips flexes his pecs, almost hypnotizing Stacy. She finally tells him that Vince wants to see him, to which Trips replies "You can't make me come just by telling me to." The reference goes over Stacy's head, so The Game drops the innuendo and tells her that he'll be there when he gets there. Fade Out.

In the back, Triple H enters Vince's office. Vince admires all that Triple H has done to come back from injury. But he wonders if Triple H is cold enough to put out the fires of the greatest comeback in WWF history. If he's not up to it, Triple H can take solace in this fact: if he loses the Title to Hogan, Triple H becomes the exclusive property of SmackDown.

In the back, Sharmell asks for Hardcore Holly's thoughts. First Hardcore thinks about who the hell hired Sharmell. Holly thinks of kicking DDP's teeth down his throat. Page comes up and smiles at Holly. He's smiling at an angry bully who belittles people just trying to do their jobs, and it's starting to piss him off. That's not a bad thing; that's a good thing. Fade Out.

Diamond Dallas Page vs. Hardcore Holly

They exchange elbows to start. Holly ducks a clothesline, only to be caught with another one. Holly drops DDP onto the turnbuckle and stomps away. Holly kicks Page, but DDP starts beating on him in the corner. Big Boot by Holly, then a clothesline. Suplex by Holly. Hardcore goes up top, but Page 'buckles him. Page goes up and Superplexes him down.

They both stagger up, and DDP hits punch after punch, then connects with a roundhouse clothesline. Page looks for the Diamond Cutter, but Holly shoves him into the ropes, giving him the Trademark Dropkick on the rebound 1-2-3! After the match, they start fighting again. Page ducks a clothesline and catches Holly with the Diamond Cutter.

In the back, Kurt Angle warms up with Jericho. Jericho says he's almost glad they got tossed out of the ring earlier. Now they have more of a reason to destroy their opponents tonight. Jericho talks about how Angle will suck the life out of Edge at Backlash, but Angle explodes over the words "Angle" and "suck" in the same sentence. Fade Out.

D-Von Segment

A church organ plays, and out comes "Mr. McMahon's Spiritual Advisor" D-Von Dudley. D-Von, dressed as a minister, makes his way to the ring. Ladies and gentlemen of the congregation, D-Von comes as a humble servent of the man above. Testify! Two weeks ago, a great prophet came to D-Von and said, "D-Von, you must leave the WWF and go find yourself." One week later, he returned, having found not only himself, but also the man above. D-Von found God, redemption, and piece of mind.

First and foremost, he must thank the prophet that showed him the light. That great prophet is a wealthy man, a powerful man, known as Vince McMahon. Vince is the savior of the WWF, he who helped D-Von find his way. As he looks upon the crowd, he sees lost souls who need the light. D-Von is the man who can bring it to them. Fallen is Babylon, the city of demons. The people of Houston need saving. They need a man like Vince McMahon, D-Von's personal benefactor. Testify! They can show the people the light, if they only let them. He and the great prophet are the sheep, and the people are the wolves. They are the wicked; he and McMahon are the strong.

D-Von can show what redemption needs to be done. He can pick you up, turn you around, set your feet on solid ground. He did it for D-Von, and he can do it for you. This sermon is over. D-Von leaves the ring and holds out a donation basket, which garners more dollars than one might think. Fade Out.

He goes for the Leg Drop, but Jericho pulls him out of the ring. On the outside, Jericho smashes Hogan into the stairs and gets a chair. Jericho comes in the ring and tosses Tim White out of the ring.

He runs at The Game with the chair, but Trips ducks the shot and DDTs Jericho. He looks for the Pedigree on Angle, but Jericho breaks it up. Angle and Jericho doubleteam on Triple H in the corner. Jericho again gets the chair, but now Hogan takes it away and boots Jericho out of the ring. Hogan runs at Angle, but Kurt ducks and Hogan nails Triple H with the chair! Jericho holds Hogan for a chairshot, when Edge runs in and Spears Angle! They brawl to the outside and through the crowd, leaving Jericho alone with Hogan and Triple H. Big Boot to Jericho, followed with the Leg Drop. Hogan yells at Jericho, while Triple H picks up the chair and clobbers Hogan with it. The Game picks up his belt and holds it over the fallen Hogan.

End Show.

I bet that Tajiri & Chavo vs. The Hurricane & Billy Kidman awesome. I can't wait until they sign Mysterio Jr.

Dude, Tajari kicked the shit out of both of them. I mean nasty kicks to the head. That guy is fucking awesome. Then at the end he got on the mike and talked some shit on Japanese. He's got mad mic skills.

The Nature Boy said:
P.S. Edge is a punk. There is no way he should be in the ring with Kurt Angle. Bullshit.
