How to use n2generate during pct

i am coming off steroids and am using my serm's and cardarine. but my question is how do i incorporate n2generate for best results during post cycle? how many bottles will i need, i only have 1 bottle on hand, should i get more? and do i take 5 caps all at once or split them up?

I usually recommend N2Generate ES 4 weeks at 5 tablets per day. If you have the classic version, that will work 2. I would run either 1 or 2 bottles at 5 caps per day.
