How to use Milk Thistle?

Ok, now that's out of the way, I wanna know how much and can you take it yearly?? Is there a point of too much? or not enough? I got some from GNC, like 17$ for 60 capsules.. Is that the going rate?

You might be better off shopping for your supplements online then at a local store, esp. GNC...

milk thistle is used for liver protection. I use it daily and raise my doses when supping usnic acid or whatever!

Is it worth it? I really can't say
