How would you recomend using ala for cutting...to loose fat ...and get the most out of meals etc? Im trying to sort all i read out.....for example... taking ala rushes whatever nutrients you have to muscles...kind of like insulin? Also how is the best way to create an insulin spike....with ala....or sugar post workout when cutting or both. Post workout should you drink sugar+protein ffor simple carbs or jsut protein and ala? Can anyone summarize this for me. Thanks
