How to use a centrifuge for Crit level?

Hey guys I just got a centrifuge off ebay and I have no idea how to use it in order to measure my hematocrit level. Anybody have a guide or can give me an overview?

Wow. Do you intend are drawing your own blood? The only function the centrifuge has is spinning your blood down to seperate it out. There's far more to it than just doing that, and that's assuming your going to tie yourself off and draw out vials of blood to spin!
