I am on 500mg/week of Omnadren 250. I have got a 30ml bottle of Liquinol @25mg/ml. Whats the best way to take it, never taken it before?

nolva can and usually is taken during cycle. When signs of gyno are apparent, start nolva.

Take an equivalent dose of 10-20mg as a preventative measure, will help prevent gyno and bloat! Have you got a pct plan, because you will need it for pct as well!

Well you dont necessarily have to take nolva. People usually take it durring there cycle to prevent gyno from occuring. Alot of people do not need it since there simply not sensitive to gyno. Armidex is used durring a cycle usually to keep of the bloat and works to prevent gyno also, but not as good as nolva on the gyno issue.
