how to take clomid

i need help on how to take clomid so far i was recomended 300 day 1 100 for 10 days and 50 for 10 days,is ther a better way to take it or is this good

That's good. Just wait until the gear is out of your system, otherwise, you are not getting the benefit out of the clomid. Example if you are using deca or eq (long lasting esters) then you need to wait 3 weeks after your last shot to start your clomid therapy.

This is the best way to take clen IMO.

Starting it depends on how you ended the cycle(last 4weeks are important).
