i have worked very hard in the gym, and now i think its time to move up a level in my workout and take deca and winni. I was going to take this before but was talked into workout for a bit longer. now its time to take. but i'm not to sure whats the best way to take them or how to take them. how many times a week or when like before my workout when i wake up. maybe there is something better to take.
About what i look like and what i want. Im 186 and 6 feet tall. im lean but no abs (yet) im a good size but want to get bigger with a six pack. Have a movie to film in two months and need to be ready, this is another reason for taking this now. (I know some people might think this isnt the best reason for taking this but i am ready to take it.)
i workout 5 times a week, and i hit the gym hard. but my workouts are sometimes in the morning and sometimes at night. my work can be all over the board.
if i can get some help with when and how much it would be great.
