How to take AG GUYs supplements

OK so i ordered CLEN and T4 from the Ag guys it comes with an eye dropper top, now im just looking for any suggestions on dosages and how to take it.

first find a turkey baster, fill to desired dosage, and RAM IT HOME PAL. sorry, its the only way.

its the same for any oral dosing. 1 full dropper will equal whatever the strength is. 1 full dropper is at the base of the plastic screw on lid. so if the streng of nolva is 20mgs , that's what it would be. you can buy graduated droppers, but it's pretty easy. I've never taken clen or t4, but that's for someone else to help you out on..

Use a syringe. The eye dropper is not a single dose dont take that advice especially with clen or you wont go to sleep for the rest of your life or die fro a heart attack I just tested the eye dropper amount with a pin the other day.

Anyway with clen if you have never used it before ramp it up start with 30 mg a day and if you are fine next try 40 then 50 I would stay at 50 unless you tollerate it like crazy. anyway cycle it off two weeks on two weeks off because you can build a tollerance to it. Clen comes in 200mcg per ml that means start with less than a quarter of a cc and ramp up. 1/2 cc = 100mcg. I never used T4 but with T3 I keep it at about 30-50 mg ed but thats me. You have to test your own tollerances.

Some people have built up enough tollerance to clen that they can take 200mcg without even flinching. I would have a heart attack with that much!

Agree with CO B,it should say on the outside label the dosage(ie;1ml-50mg),use a syringe,then just squirt it in some juice or water and drink,most accurate way.

Definitely use a syringe to measure the dosage, ideally a slin syringe, since it has a minimal 'dead zone', for more-accurate dosing. The needle is easily pulled out of most slin syringes with some small pliers.

The dropper in the vial borders on being mostly-useless and should not be used unless accurate dosing is irrelevant or you take the time to calibrate it for your desired dose.

i took 160mcg yesterday and i think i will keep it at 140 today. i'm not noticing any sides
