there are food out there, such as Atkins brands , and the Keto line of foods. Low carb, high protein foods. They help me out. Some keto cocoa in a choc protein shake is the shit. You can get Keto syrup or Atkins syrup, one is low carb, the other is no carb (or calories). I take a swig from the bottle, tastes like real syrup, just watery, but it does the trick. A lot of it is also training your mind, but we all get weak at times.
