Dude, steroids are serious drugs. Don't just start eating pills that you have no idea what they do. You need to do alot of research.

Take all of them at once then go do some tricep kickbacks and scream during every rep.. that should get you a good pump... also if you see anything around you that is "needle like" jab it in your ass....this will help you develop tolerance for when you step up to using injectables..
