How to solve scammer problems

There has got to be a way to solve the scammer problem.

There is ways that deal with merchandise over the internet, I wonder if it would work for AS?

It is a 3 party system. The buyer sends funds to a neutral person to hold. When the neutral person gets the funds, he emails the source and tells him to send the product. When the buyer receives the product, he emails the neutral person and says he is satisfied, then the neutral person sends the funds to the source. The product never touches the neutral person and is protected. Would this work? Who would be the neutral person? A mod? Just food for thought.

The above would be a beautifull thing, but sooner or later, the guy would collect a bunch of product and a bunch of cash and keep both.

It all comes back to trust though. You have to trust the neutral person. Personally, I'd rather trust my source. The neutral person would never see the gear in your plan so how would know if you were getting underdosed or fake shit? Just find a source who you trust.

That plan would not work in a million years. One, say the neutral person is someone you know and trust, big deal, the source may not know that person so why should he trust him? You plan is, well, I'll be nice, it just won't work.

The best defense against getting scammed is to do your source checks. To be absolutely sure of a source make sure that at least 2 mods say that the guy is legit. Make sure to email all the mods, cuz sometimes one mod may here that the guy turned scammer while another may think that he is still cool.

There is no way I would trust a neutral party. he does not have to uphold a good reputation like a source does. he can get numerous peoples money and then bounce. What makes you think you can trust someone to be honest about whether or not they recieved the goods? That could screw the source.

take Cubano's advice. That is as good as it gets. Find a source that you can trust. I have 3 domestics that I deal with and 1 guy from oversea's. trust is a huge factor for me. i don't car about getting the best price as long as my goods show up. I take care of them and they take car of me. That's all you need.

I am guessing what you are trying to say is use an escrow service. Where neither party knows personally the neutral party. The only problem with this is a escrow service is a business with many employees and seems to me it would do nothing more than get you in trouble in the end. For example you get caught buying mail order AS, the first thing the escrow service will do is turn on you. They aren't friends of yours so they dont feel bad if you get caught. They will help the authorities in anyway possible. Anyways thats my $0.02.
