How to rip up on cycle?

superturkey

Banned
Im about to run
1-12 test c 500mg
4-12 anavar 60/80mg
(Pct the works), forma hcgen, post cyc/unleashed clomid, adex

Stats 5"11'
200 lbs
15% bf
26 yrs
Second cycle
4500-5000 clean cals 45pro/35carb/20fat

What i need help with is how can i use this cycle to rip up to 10% bf from 15%. Ive always eatn to bulk but am paranoid if i reduce cals ill lose muscle. Or is the anavar good enough to trim the fat even on a high cal diet? Or do i need to add something else to this?

Bro your diet will determine how much u rip up.
Slowly drop your cals and try keto diet or Carb cycleing

your not going to rip up eating 5000 calories... read one of my logs and that will teach you how to rip up... your diet is how you will rip up and how intense you work out... and that amount of calories, your not ripping up...

get rid of sugars and salts. and when i say sugar i don't mean just ice cream and cake.. i'm talking breads, dairy, white potato's/rice, hell even pasta's and fruit!!! .

eat only brown rice and sweet potato around your workout. other than that live on protein and veggies. its a crazy diet but it works to shred

Ok yea i do know how to low cal diet but how will this effect my muscle mass on cycle, is it even possible to still make gains? Or will i just hold what i already have?

bro, i have gained 14 lbs. in 4 weeks on my cycle and my body fat is still 6%.... i eat 3500 calories a day... my fat intake is very low, protein is very high and carb intake is moderate...

Everything you gain, lose, and keep is all dependent on diet and training as everyone has said. These guys really know their shit when it comes to diet so I would listen to them man. For what your wanting to achieve, sounds like dylangemelli is spot on to me bro. Low fat, high protein, carb intake moderate. And on top of that keep sodium at a minimal as stevesmi said.

look into IF...this is the most effective way to gain muscle and drop bf imo, i'm switching over to it and dailing it in now and my lifts actually have gove up a bit, the first couple hours after waking is tough but once you get going fasting isn't hard. I look forward to it after cramming almost 3,000 cals in 7-8 hours

30 min of cardio after a 14-15 hr fast is even better ,this does a hatchett job on BF.

Hey gymjunkie I'm very interested In this IF diet. I've been reading about it some but i have a question maybe you could help me with? If I'm not able to fit in the 8 hours eating/16 hours fasting ed...would 1 or 2 / 24 hour fast a wk accomplish the same thing or is totally off base? I'm currently at about 3000 cals ed now on a test-prop/mast-prop cutting cycle. Sorry to drop in on this thread...if I need to PM you just let me know?
Thanks in advance!

you will muscle waste for sure off cycle if you do not get carbs. i have no doubt about that and it will inhibit gains.. however on cycle you will be fine, you don't put on a ton of strength or weight but you will shred. how do you think bbers get ready for their contests?

if you put on a small amount of muscle and shred down you will look way more muscular and strong than someone who just puts on 20 pounds of water, fat, and muscle and runs a high carb diet.. (trust me i have done this, strength was awesome, my shirts stopped fitting me.. but i didn't like the way i looked)

you owe it to yourself to try.

bottom line is like i said around your workouts you want to get in some carbs. you need that energy and you want to feed your muscles a bit. other than that maybe 1 greek yogurt during the day and a handful of fruit.. thats it. if you don't put sugar in your body, it can't store it.

There are many ways and theories about how to get ripped on cycle, and you've already heard a bunch of ideas....but I will give you mine.

I do intermittent fasting (16 hour fast with an 8 hour feed) each day. I keep the carbs high and cals at 20-30% over maintenance on workout days, then I keep the carbs very low and cals at 20-30% under maintenance on cardio/rest days.

Using this method I have gained a respectable amount of strength and muscle while shredding up. Its even further enhancing the effects on cycle also.
