How to post pic?

Can someone please help me post a pic? Want you guys to critique my look.

if its on your comp its easy
follow these directions...
go to www.imageshack.us
go to "brouse"
go to the picture that is on your computer and double click it.
click the upload button on imageshack
a few moments until it uploads.. there will be a few adresses that show up.. afew are for forum uses. just copy that link and when u make a thread click the "img" button above the text body in the thread and paste it in there
that should be about it.
