how to post a pic

finally got the pic of Mariusz and myself downloaded to my comp, sorry it took so long...now if someone could be so kind as to help me how to post it up....i will tell ya he makes me look like i dont even workout and i thought myself to be in pretty decent shape lol, it was a real eye opener for sure...guy is a fucking monster and pretty nice to boot and yes he speaks pretty good english......asked him what his diet was like and he says "I eat what i want when i want" lol....well bros i just got up so im off to do cardio once i get back hope someone can help me out, also id like to put it up so non plats can see it.....peace
