How to maintain that muscle "roundness" while off cycle?

How to maintain that muscle "roundness" like when you are on cycle, while off cycle?

I've been off for about 7 weeks now, and my muscles look alot flatter. I've only lost about 6 lbs off my cycle, but my traps completely deflated along with my shoulders. I would assume that the water weight I dropped contributed to me looking flat? I didn't mind being a bit bloated, it made me look bigger at least. Even at the same weight while on, versus now, I looked alot bigger.

Just remember, you're never gonna see yourself the way you think you should look. To others though, I bet you look as big or just as big as you felt while on. Try creatine as stated above.
 
Syphonfilters right. You will think u look a lot smaller than when u were on but those who dont know u were on probably cant even tell the diference. When I played college football Id finish up right before camp which is a very catabolic time and I always was able to maintain most of the strength and size I gained and noone noticed me losing the little bit I did.
