How to loss weight?

Over a long period I try to loss weight! I'm 23 but nothing really helps me to get in to shape!
I need, that is your personal experience and tips I can’t read on any site! Thanks to all who helps me to end my nightmare! :worried:

If you want to lose bodyfat you need to burn more calories than you are consuming.

Try to do morning cardio on an empty stomach every day....

Also each week, decrease your daily carbohydrate intake... Eliminate sugar and refined stuff like white bread, white rice, juice, ect.... Try only getting your startches from sweet potato, brown rice, plain oatmeal, and whole grain bread. Even still, slowly decrease those strartches to accomidate enough fat loss. Make sure you keep your Protien intake really high and also consume healthy fats like fish oil, avacados, flax oil, ect, and make sure to consume alot of FRESH veggies.....

Then you can toss in a fat burner supplement for good measure....
