Hi.
How can i see whether my program was effective on a specific day or not?
For example, when i train my legs, after workout, i can hardly walk anymore and i'm trembling as fuck...
Does that mean that i did too much or does it mean that it was very effective?
No other body part is trembling so much after workout. Am i doing wrong on the other body parts or am i doing wrong on legs?
And what about the blown effect? The more blown, the better the training was?
I usually get more blown when doing 8-12 rep sets and doing each rep SLOW. if i do 5-8 and doing them fast, i don't get as blown. does that mean, that 8-12 is more effective for ME?
