how to keep tone when not flexed?

Hey all..

Any advice on how to keep tone in muscles? My muscles look okay (not huge) when I flex them, but are quite scrawny when I don't. It's frustrating.

The key is to eat junk food all day and do nothing but sit on the couch and watch T.V. Or you could do the opposite and diet correctly and lift!! Comon man, you couldn't figure this one out on your own??
 
I am the same way...most of my muscles do not look big, shaped, or lean till I flex them. It is probably in my diet though. If I was a lot leaner I might have that hard look. I would not want to sacrifice size and strength for that small and hard look though...

It is probably because you are not properly supinating your wrist on concentration curls, and you are not holding the dumbells together long enough at the top of your dumbell presse . . . phft.

Damn, I am sorry, I thought I could actually type that without losing it.
