With the benefits of shooting Fina every day humming throughout the board, I was wondering if some of you knowledgable ones could explain how to do every day shots
For instance, I am wondering how you find enough places to inject without being a human pin cushion.
Do you suggest something like:
day1: left glute
day 2: bi's
day 3: left thigh
day 4: shoulders
day 5: right glute
day 6: right thigh
day 7: bi's
day 8: left glute
day 9: shoulders
day 10: left thigh
day 11: right glute
...and so on
Something like this? And throw in Tri's and maybe chest?
Just wondering because I've never had to inject more than twice a week, and Every day is a bit intimidating...
Especially since I've never shot anything except glutes and thigh.
(also, when you do bi's, tri's, and shoulders... do you make sure to inject both right & left on the same day?)
