How to increase oxygen in blood?

Nesdolii

New member
On trainings I am having breathing problems - feel like I am lacking oxygen. Are there any steroids that are specially good for increasing oxygen in the body? Or maybe increase the dissolving of oxygen in blood?

Make sure you are getting enough iron, zinc and vitamin b12 in your diet. Those 3 vitamins/minerals are needed for proper hemoglobin production. Hemoglobin is what transports oxygen to all the cells in your body.

No supplement will directly increase oxygen levels in the body. Cardarine however will directly increase endurance. Caradarine is not a hormone or a stimulant so it won't effect cortisol levels and there are no issues of suppression or needing to run a PCT afterwards.

if you push yourself with cardio you will get winded, its all about improving your cardio by pushing yourself more. too many people do not improve their cardio cause they don't push themselves.

GW/cardarine will actually allow you to push harder.. sounds like the perfect thing for you here. make sure you get it from sarms1

It would depend on the objectives of increasing the oxygen distribution in the body. If you just want additional endurance, just use Cardarine GW - it will not increase the amount of oxygen in the body, but it will definitely give a drastic increase in endurance.

If you just want more oxygen, @muskate got you well covered with the supplements and micro-elements needed for that.

It sounds more like you have issues with stamina. Its a process, and it does not happen overnight or just by taking a pill.

Start doing cardio and increase the workload incrementally every week. That should do the trick.
