How to increase mass

Newby to steroids...57 years of age. Dropped from 210 lb to 170 lbs 1 year ago-I had gotten fat and lethargic. Body fat was probably 20%+++
Lifted casually off and on over the years but never seriously until nine months ago.
1st cycle-200 test cyp + 100 Deca 2xs week 12 weeks
2nd cycle-300 test cyp + 200 Deca 2xs week 12 weeks
3rd cycle-500 test cyp + 400 Deca 1x week(Sunday evening) 12 weeks
plus 100 Winny every third day during last 6 weeks.
I went to once per week injections on Sunday as I workout Mon-Thursday only.

Had naturally occuring gyno from a hereditary hormone imbalance. Had the surgery to remove the breast matter a couple of years ago. Don't have to worry about gyno side effects.

Grew from 170 lb to 194 lb of muscle in nine months. Very pleased with results.

Eating protein/carbs/fats/calories as per regimens in this forum to increase mass.

Workout regimen:
Mon-Chest & Shoulders
Tues-Arms & Abs
Wed-Back & Neck
Thursday-Legs & Abs

What steroid would you recommend to increase mass...seemed to have maxed out on current stack.
 
test can always be increased...but you didnt say too much about the diet so i would look at that first... are you eating at least 1.5 grams of protien per pound? are you getting enough good fats?

i also would switch up your routine:
if you are doing cables and machines try heavy basics like deads, squats, presses

mon. Chest and tris
tues: Back and bis
wed: off
thrus: legs
Fri: shoulders & abs

and why are you doing abs twice a week? i never even do abs... If you want to do them try it just once a week.
