How to hack into Windows NT 4.0?????

Alright, so I bought some biotech equipment at auction. The company I bought it from tanked and as such, their IT department never had a chance to scrub the PCs. So I have 2 PC's running NT 4.0 that still are password protected. Is there any way to get around that? There is a lot of software on these PCs that I would hate to lose. Thanks in advance.

google, there should be some bootable floppy utils that do it. It's so old I forgot how.
