For fuck's sake, 15 lbs isn't that hard, learn about nutrition, get off the computer, grab yourself some flaxseed and NYC, cut carbs, etc....
In my opinion, if you're asking how to lose 15 lbs, than you haven't a clue about diet so don't bother with anything but an ECA stack...you realize that if you take something to lose 15 lbs, and don't change your habits, it WILL come back right?
