How to get Lutalyse scripts

Has anyone out there purchased or talked their way into a PGF-2 script. If so please explain, I know it is used to induce labor in goats and sheep, but how much do they need and is it something I can request over the phone or would they need to see my goat or savage pregnant animal that needs to be induced. I herd that 90% or more of the vets out their have made no compilation to PGF and Bodybuilding, and the black market cost is $75 while the OTC price is $15.
