How to get bigger guns

Many of you know this I bet, Im just a litte behind, but anyway....I've always wanted to get the biggest gun I could get...But I've had a hard time getting them..
I've used winny site injectión..they helped a little.....but a couple af weeks ago, I started doing concentration curls...to the point I was going to pass out...becourse of the paine....and it really helped me alot....
I think it is because at the end of the desent...it is good to do it very slow.....(sorry about the spelling).

Any input you guys?

It gave me about 0.25in, or it could be because I just chanced my rutine...

Have a word to the NRA im sure they can hook you up with bigger guns.

There are two things you can do.

First Is a drastic measure. 3 dudes from my work (and my self) have tryed it with varying degrees of growth.

and do a search for "one day arm cure" in the previous issues.
crazy work out....that lasts allllllllllllll day long. Its pretty hard and can fuck you up.
Some of the supps he recomends i cant get because of my location......and at the end of the day i wanted to kill my self or give up.
Make sure you follow it to a T...other wise its pointless...make sure you follow the diet closely.
I gained about 1/4 of an inch...one dude got nearly a whole inch.....we measured all of them with good results.


From my understanding arms should be trained with minimal reps and heaps of sets.
some thing like 3 reps X 7-8 sets.
I know it wont work for everyone......but I remeber reading that the muscles the biceps are made up of need to be trained with heavy poundages and low reps/high sets.
all weight must be controlable but heavy. the lowering of the weight should aprox take 3 secs.

just my opinions......
anyone else have any ideas???????
 
hey man,
im nobody special, but i will say that i have amazing arms in comparison to the rest of my body . they are 21 in. and pretty ripped. i dont know what your training routine is like, but rather than having a typical back and bi day i have a day for arms specificaly . start out with hard and heavy supersets. Say tri pushdowns heavy for as many as you can do followed by say, strait bar curls for the same. then do something like hammers heavy, foloowed by something like skull crushers. then give em some shape with preachers or concentration curlz paired with kickbacks or an excersize for tri isolation. i do 4 sets of each excersize and take minimal rests between seeing that i am a bigger guy. I finish off at th cable with a straight bar. i do a rapid fire set of 50 reps that burn like a son of a bitch, after this you should have no need to do anything furthur. and a general rule that i have come to find very true is to not use wrist wraps. your forearms will explode with new growth. give this a shot man and give it 100% youll see new growth, good luck man

jayz, if you were assuming that i was under 200lbs. im not im 230 at6'1. just clearing it up. peace bros
