how to find my BF %

i need to find my BF% and dont realy know how any help would be great

There are different ways to test:

Calipers (different sites and different number of site testing)
Hydrostatic (getting dunked under water... the true whole body BF %)

... a few others too I believe.

Have a professional do it... otherwise you'll just be guestimating.
