I will be in the last two weeks of my diet coming up on Monday. I was doing 75mg fina eod, high protein, mod fat and low carbs. I'm 5'8" 200lbs and 10% bf right now. I'm far from ripped but will be going on spring break in 2 weeks and want to know how to end my diet. I am thinking going strictly keto for the next 2 weeks but I am afraid I will bload up like crazy after my first night of partying. I know I'm not shredded but I can tell when I am holding water. How should I taper off my diet to ensure optimal look and minumun water retention or fat gain?
