how to end my cycle

at the end of my cycle should i stay with the same dosage, and use the clomids, or should i gradually come down and lower the dosage like a pyramid and then use clomids?

pyramiding is 80's thinking, kinda shunned upon.

I keep dosages up and then give what ever ester I have time to start leaving and start Clomid with HCG
