how to dose postcycle during pct

Do I have to take postcycle as per directions 2 serves a day for 4wks.I read people have taken it 1 serving a day for 4wks.Also taking unleashed with post.was on helladrol for 6wks so I was going to do 6wk pct or should I do 4wk.Then 4wks of bridge til I do my new cycle of beast.

Weeks 1-4 Post Cycle @ 1 serving/ed
Weeks 1-4 HcGenerate @ 5 caps/ed
Weeks 1-4 Unleashed @ 2 servings/ed

***I had a really nice recovery from my Test/Beastdrol cycle.
