I am using it on cycle, and it does work!

Ihave heard such things. It certainly does work, and like this says 3 is gonna be plenty for most people. Im down too only 2

2 for the most part is usually all that is needed

It will depend on how much estrogen u have. 3 seems to be a good start. 4 u will more than likely feel it quick. Taper down the dose if u start to notice joint pain.

I noticed it within the first week, but went to high. 4 was too many. Now im on 2.

Dang I wouldnt mind that effect. My skin has always been really oily.
