Depends what you call dance. If you call the primal absolete sexual impulses from a million years ago that hip hop ass shaking express "Dancing" then yes white men are not good at it

Take any real dance like a waltz, tango, Jive,foxtrot, rumba, whatever and look at the people doing best in competition and you see 2 kinds... blonde white people and hispanic white people

its all entirely a cultural thing anyway

IMO anything that can be done to a Sean Paul track does not deserve the title of dancing. Bleh
