How to corectly perform a Air Lock ?

I just wanted to perfect my injection techniques a little bit more and was wondering how to get all the medicine out of the syrynge/ needle. How do you perform a Air Lock?

Just turn the needle upside down. Let the air go up to the plunger and push. Should get all of the juice out that way.

1/8 to 1/4 cc is fine. It's easier to work the airlock if you're lying on your stomach and someone else does the injection for you. That way you're sure that the last thing to go in is ther air.

I assume that is only for glut injections.
