it's very simple. just these

these marinades will make your chicken taste like you ordered it in restaurant. i shit you not. let them sit in the marinade for at least an hour, and once they come off the grill, they are so tender and juicy, you can cut them with a fork. you will love them.

personally, i recommend the southwest seasoning, but the zesty herb marinade is pretty damn good as well.

definitely try them out.

I'll try it out, I eat so much damn chicken- I am always looking for new recipes. My girl makes chicken marsala and chicken parm twice a week- yum!

soft chicken breast

Just one hint I heard of:

Put a tea spoon of corn starch with the chicken the night before eating and mix it up... The chicken becomes very soft and it does not change the taste of it at all... You can do any season you want although i rather have it just with some lemon juice...

Try it and LOVE it!

Ooooo some great suggestions so far.

Personally, I go with salt, pepper, garlic powder and cajun seasoning.

Pop in on the grill, then serve with a ceasar or tangy ginger sauce.

Mmmmm mmm good!

here is the best marinade u will ever have! ok take some fat free zesty italian dressing, westersercher sauce, lemon juice, bbq sauce mix it up throw in some spicy seasonings anykind u like works fine add some hot sauce if you want its a great taste!!

lemon juice and garlic salt.

My favorite chicken recipe: slice a chicken breast in half and stuff it with chopped spinach a slice of lean ham and a tablespoon of goat cheese. Bake for 30-40 minutes. This is fantastic!

For a leaner meal I love grilled chicken with some tabasco sauce

ohh damn.. it's supposed to taste like something?? hehe j/k

Ranch dressing does wonders..

Every night before bed I cook 2 full chickens, 1 in the oven for food 1/2 in the morning 1/2 at lunch and 1 boiled for soup (my snacks).

Try the ranch dressing... It really does wonders hehe.

try this marinade for grilling chicken

ANTICANCER MARINADE
.............................................
6 TBL Olive Oil
4 TBL Balsamic Vinegar (or cider vinegar if you don't have the other)
4 TBL Lemon or Lime juice (fresh squeezed is best)
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
3 TBL Grainy Mustard
6 Large Cloves garlic minced
1 1/2 tsp. salt

I add all the ingredients into a large zip lock bag and let the meat marinate
in the fridge for at least 6 hours. It really tastes better if it marinates
for at least 12 hours.

good suggestions all.

i like marinading in FF zesty italian for 30-60 minutes, then grilling it, brushing on BBQ sauce while grilling. very simple and damn good. even without the BBQ is good.

i'll have to try some of the suggestions in this thread.
