I agree about the keeping on track thing.... this is an ANABOLIC DISCUSSION BOARD so let's not lose sight of this.... but there is also nothing wrong with helping another brother out.

As far as the being happy and not being f**ked up- yes, there is a way. You just need to focus on partying less by finding something or someone that assists in making you happy. There is nothing wrong with throwing back a few from time to time, but you do not need to be all jacked up in order to have fun and be happy.
