how to asperate with 1 hand

Hey guys i am new to steroids (3 weeks in) am just wondering how do you guys asperate for shoulder injections (with 1 hand)i am injecting enanthate into my shoulder and have trouble asperating.

Is there a spot in the shoulder that doesnt have any veins (so i dont have to asperate).

I know asperating is important but its difficuilt with 1 hand.

Try using your thumb and index finger to pull the plunger when you have the pin in all the way. It's a hard thing to do when you have a large chest, but it's possible.
