The only change I would make is to cut the test back to 10 weeks(unless using prop) and start clomid at ~week 13. Oh, and make sure the tren is 75 mg/day, not .75 (although I'm sure that was just a typo)
This is a very individualized question. You would need to take into account your current bf%, weight, current calories consumed. But upping the protein and cutting back on the carbs seems to get me near that range without cardio (although not usually below 7%). Some of the guys on the diet board may be able to help you achieve that shredded of a look better than my diet advice will.
