How the hell...

Okay, ive been doing BFl since Jan this year and when I started I WAS SO DAMN GOOD, for like 3 weeks i never cheated and looked awesome, now Ive just finished my second challenge but I can stick to the diet, i find myself cheating more than I should and I cant control it!

Im starting my 3rd challenge on the 1st Septemeber, and I realy want to give it my absolute best but Im scared that Ill cheat again.

How the hell do you ppl do it??????

It's a matter of finding things you can live with, and that fit your goals.

It was a pain, and kind of expensive, but I'm processed-sugar free now. I switched to sugar-free syrup for my protein pancakes (tastes great) and dropped everything else. Now fruit is my only 'sweet.'

It's difficult, but I shove two full chicken breasts down my throat (8-10oz) every night. It's just something I have to do to meet my goals. I'm so sick of chicken right now, but without fail, it's in my stomach when I hit bed at night.

Then there's the meals that I just love. My lean pocket for breakfast, my chili for an 'early dinner, (4:30-5:00) fruit throughout the day, my shots of flax oil with my 'late breakfast' and along with my chicken breasts..

But none of this means anything without motivation. Once you're motivated, everything else falls into place!

I found an easy way to stick to your diet is to have consequences. If I splurge, I connect a cardio session with it. Often times, it causes me to rethink my hunger and choose smarter, healthier choices.

Just about everyone breaks down and cheats. I do it all the time. However, like Jacked said, I try and up my cardio if I binge too badly. Some of my best endurance training workouts have been after a huge binge the day before.

Get this "cheating" mentality out of your mind.
If you really want something, really want it, bad enough. You'll do it. You probably just don't want it bad enough. Go deep, and try to come up with the true reason as to why you're doing it. Balance out the positives and the negatives. Search your punk-ass soul.

If eating regurgitated shit from a wart-hogs ass grew muscle, I'd do it.

P.S. That's right, I said "punk-ass soul".

Sex.

No one believes me but I never cheat - I don't know if you want to call it will power but I never, not even have one cheat day. Could be because at one time I had anorexia and I hated food so now, because I'm trying to bulk I have to eat - but I have talked to more people about food and they will tell me - but I only had this one thing. Well, if you want something bad enough I can't see why anyone would want to eat the wrong foods. I work out with a guy who will tell me - if I ate like you I would look like the Rock - and then he proceeds to tell me all the garbage he ate over the weekend. I think if you are serious and want something bad enough, you can eat the right food.

RE: Thanks

Thanks guys for all your comments.

I officially started my 1st week of bfl challenge #3 and I am very proud to say I didnt have a single thing that wasnt on the BFL list!!!!. I feel great, and have already in one week lost 1.2kg and a whole inch on my waist

Im so excited and i think the next 11 weeks will be even stronger :)
