How strong were you when you did your first cycle? No e-stats please

I had lifted for 10 years before I touched AAS, so I was strong however I am at a different level as far as endurance now on AAS.

I'm just curious how strong you were when you started vs where you are now.

Right before I first ran test e my bench was 320, dead 475, squat 550. 3 years later my raw bench is 475, shirted bench 650, dead 705, squat 800. I started as a body builder then transitioned to general strength training, now im a full blown competative powerlifter and I love it. But I will add that I do training specifically geared towards strength development. When I trained as a bb my mass increased but strength lagged. If you dont train to be stronger your strength will come slower, but alot of top tier body builders are pretty strong too. It just takes a little longer.

How old were you at the time?

Why does strength matter?

Is that a serious question?

365 lb bench, 500lb squat, 585lb deadlift. Those were my last 1 rm. Most have been months ago. I feel stronger now than ever. Don't do the max thing anymore. I just did my first pin ever last Friday. I have a powerlifting background and I rm were my main priority. Even early into my bb training I still had a large focus on heavy weights for singles, doubles, and triples. Now I don't even really count the weight. Just throw it on there and do it. Ha ha.

lmao.....LOVE IT^^^^^

answer....it doesnt....unless your a powerlifter. lol

but for shits and giggles, when I was in job corp, before my first cycle on ZERO supps, not even protein powder I could rep out 225 like 10 times I think. I think the most I did it was 13 before I ran a true cycle.

I have only maxed out a few times in my life. Too dangerous especially with bench. So its hard to say
