How slow to I start increasing calories from cut to bulk?

My maintenance is 2800 calories but right now my calorie intake is 2300 from my cut. I want to start bulking/gain weight and increase to my maintenance then 250-500 above maintenance. My question is how slow to I start increasing calories for best results. Once a week by 100 or 200? once a day by a few calories or just go right into my maintenance calories immediately? Thanks!
 
About cut: My cutting diet was pretty harsh, I carb cycled for the past 2 months and am down to about 7-8% body fat.I currently weight in at 150lbs and lost about 20lbs in 3 months with a 40/40/20 ratio. On my day of carb cycling I only went up 2500 calories from my 2300 maintenance day.
