how should i take this clen??

I just got back from a cruise and one of the places was Ensenada and i picked up some Novegam clen--its 20mcg per tab--ive taken oxyflux and hated it but ive taken ip clen and it was goood--its been awhile so im unsure on how many mcg's per day i should take? thanx

No problem bro. A few more tips that might help while on clen:
-Split your doses up into 2 or 3 times during the day taking your last dose no later than 4pm.
-Take a protein shake and first dose as soon as you wake and if possible do a session of cardio immediately after. (I prefer walking at a fast pace for 45min-1hr)
-I've had great results drinking a strong cup of black coffee with each dose of clen, it will also help keep your energy up on a low carb diet.
-last, but not least, keep your protein high and training intense
