I am curiuos how I should eat, I wanna loose my fat and get cut up, while maintaining the size I got on my bulking cycle, I would like to continue to grow at the same time if at all possible.
My cycle
Test Prop 150mg E.O.D Week 1-8
Winny 50mg E.D. week 3-8
Clen 80mcg Week 1-2, 5-6, 9-10
I am gonna start doing 30-40 minutes of cardio 4 times a week. I have gained 15 lbs of Lean muscle in 8 weeks of a sust/deca cycle and I have 2 weeks left, I will be going RIGHT into the above cycle, then finishing off with Clomid for 3 weeks (300mg first day). I will be on AS for 18 weeks with the current and next cycle.
What is the best compromise as for eating to continue with muscle gains and fat loss. I am 13% BF now, I want 7%
