Ok i'm back now after all the holiday/ new years break. I just got my preacher curl last night and hooked it up can't wait to use it. Now today is my chest/bis workout and i'm a little confused see i have one bar, so i don't want to superset my flat bench with my preacher curl but want to hit the preacher first b4 my barbell curl. So i'm think of doing it like this=
superset
Inclined Bench 5x5
preacher curl 5x5
flat bench 5x5
then barbell curls 5x5
i was just wondering if this looks good or if some one had any suggestions for how to set this up thanks.
