How realible is UBid.com?

A lot of my bros back home used to use it a lot like 4-5 years ago. They thought it was the shit back then and would go on and on about how great it was. I don't think they use it anymore....though I don't think cause of any problems, just lost interest I think...

Really? I looked and it doesn't seem to have better prices than anywhere else. Is there a reason it got a write up in pC magazine?

i dont know. over 1/2 the time when i buy electronics on ebay they are broken on delivery. i dont know if Ubid is the same.

why not go to pricewatch.com. you can get a new Pentium III for $440.

I used Ubid a long time ago and had a decent experience. Just watch out though, because they can totally jack you on shipping charges.


Oh yeah, if you are worried about porn on the company 'puter, then get one of them file-shred utilities on it.
