19 for me. but it was more cuz i had to gain wieght to play the position i wanted in college........sooner. thing was i only had 4 years to gain 40 lbs. it was pretty much a part of the norm at least in my school. not big cycles tho, one compound in the summer and spring test for some positions, cutters for others.
it would have been later, I think, if i wasnt under those time constraints. but after college i got in better shape just by working out consistently for for like 3-4yrs. we lost alot of the gains in season is my point
